Fresh-cut Herb Dip

Welcome back to The Simple Celebration! We’re so glad you’re here. This little corner of the internet will be handled by me and my granddaughter, Claire — we’re teaming up to share the recipes we love to cook, eat, and celebrate with together.

We’re kicking things off with a fresh herb dip, inspired by the herb garden on my back patio here in St. Pete, Florida. The beauty of this recipe is its flexibility: use whatever you’ve got growing in your pots, or whatever’s hanging around in your crisper drawer. Basil, dill, parsley, chives — it all works. Serve it alongside crudités or chips for easy snacking, or spoon it over your favorite seafood for an instant, no-fuss sauce.
