
Tzatziki is a wonderful and versatile sauce that can be enjoyed in many ways. It’s delicious served as a dip with fresh vegetables, but it truly shines when paired with the Zucchini, Parmesan, and Feta Balls.
Greek Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 2 med cucumbers grated
- 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 18 oz plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Peel small stripes from cucumbers. Grate with a metal grater and place in a colindar. Squeeze the cucumber to release the moisture.

- In a large bowl, place the garlic, salt, vinegar and oil. Mix
- Add the grated cucumber, dill, yogurt, and pepper and stir to combine. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Once chilled, stir again before serving.
