These crisps are very versatile – serve them along with your main entrée instead of bread, add them to a cheese board, use them on top of soups, or serve them with your salad course. However you choose to use these crisps, we guarantee they will become a staple on your simple celebration table!
P.S. Using pre-shredded cheese will make this recipe even more simple 🙂
Parmesan Crisps
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded (see note below)
Instructions
- Divide cheese into four rounds in the pan.
- Cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes until lightly brown, gently flip, and brown the other side.
- Turn off heat and let sit in pan to harden.
Notes
If you want a more dense crisp, use more cheese per round.
