cup
parmesan cheese
shredded (see note below)
Instructions
Divide cheese into four rounds in the pan.
Cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes until lightly brown, gently flip, and brown the other side.
Turn off heat and let sit in pan to harden.
Notes
If you want a more dense crisp, use more cheese per round.
