Versatile Creamy Seafood Sauce

Make this seafood sauce and keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week.  Serve it with our Asian Salmon Cakes, crab cakes, or any seafood dish that needs a tasty, creamy sauce.

Creamy Seafood Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crème fraîche
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • dash red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and chill.
