This recipe assumes you are making enough for a party or large group, but it is easy to reduce for your family dinner. The sliders are also perfect for several days after they are made – put them in a Panini press for a change of pace.
Turkey and Brie Sliders

Ingredients
- 40 slider buns or water rolls sliced almost halfway through
- 3 pounds of sliced turkey we used Honeybaked turkey breast, sliced in 80 pieces
- 1 1/4 pounds brie sliced in 40 thin pieces
- Mixed greens
- Cranberry spread see notes for our recipe
Instructions
- Place 2 pieces of turkey, one piece of brie, greens and 2 tsp cranberry sauce on each bun.
- Serve at room temperature or serve warm from a Panini press.
