Shrimp and Angel Hair Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pound package large uncooked frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp thawed (for a quick thaw, put in bowl and cover with water)
- 2 times the Simple Sauce click in instructions for recipe
- 1/2 pound dry or fresh angel hair pasta
- 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Sauté shrimp until they curl and turn pink.
- In another pan, prepare the Simple Sauce.
- Once both are cooked, add sauce to shrimp and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until flavors meld.
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Place pasta in individual pasta bowls and pour sauce over pasta.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
Notes
Serve with a simple salad and a warm baguette.
