Shrimp and Angel Hair Dinner

package large uncooked frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp
thawed (for a quick thaw, put in bowl and cover with water)

times the Simple Sauce

dry or fresh angel hair pasta

crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Sauté shrimp until they curl and turn pink.
In another pan, prepare the
Simple Sauce
.
Once both are cooked, add sauce to shrimp and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until flavors meld.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Place pasta in individual pasta bowls and pour sauce over pasta.
Top with crumbled feta cheese.
Notes
Serve with a simple salad and a warm baguette.
