Two-Step Mexican Dip

drained and rinsed

Instructions
Step One - Whisk the sugar, vinegar and oil in a large bowl.
Step Two - Add the black beans, corn, scallions, cilantro, jalapeño and cheese and mix well. Chill until serving time.
