Stone Fruit and Berry Cobbler

Ingredients

fresh blueberries
raspberries, and/or blackberries

fresh peaches and or plums
pitted and sliced

sugar

cornstarch

tsp
lime zest

fresh lime juice

kosher salt
Topping
1
cup
old fashioned quaker oats
1/3
cup
flour
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
1
stick unsalted butter
chilled and cut in small cubes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, add fruit, sugar, cornstarch, lime zest, lime juice and 1/8 t. kosher salt and carefully stir. Place in a ceramic 9 X 11 inch pan.
Place all topping ingredients in a bowl. Using fingers, work mixture until the crumbles are pea sized. Place over berries.
Bake for 60 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
Let cool and set for about an hour.
Notes
Serve with vanilla or caramel ice cream.
