Ingredients

zucchini
sliced in thin strips
1
yellow squash
sliced in thin strips
1/4
cup
diced red onion
1
garlic clove
minced
1/4
cup
minced dill
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Place about 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes.
Add zucchini and squash and sauté for several minutes (adding more oil if needed).
Top with dill and salt & pepper.
