Plum and Mascarpone Crostini

Baguette
sourdough works great

Mascarpone cheese
4-5
plums
thinly sliced
Fresh mint
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
Balsamic glaze
Instructions
Cut the baguette into 1/2" slices and spread with mascarpone cheese.
Place plum slices on top, followed by parmesan, mint, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Pour a nice crisp Chardonnay and let the celebration begin!
