Mango & Avocado Side Dish

Ingredients
- 1 large mango peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 large jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves torn
- 1/2 avocado peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for avocado
- Stir and set aside
- Add the avocado and serve.
