Perfect Poached Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Water
- 2 regular or one large chicken bouillon cube
Instructions
- Fill a large sauce pan with water to the midway point and add bouillon.
- Bring water to a rolling boil and add chicken.
- Cook chicken (covered with a lid) for eight minutes.
- Turn heat off and let chicken sit in covered sauce pan for 1 hour.
- Remove chicken and put in refrigerator until chilled.
- Cut into thin slices or shred when ready to use.
