• 3<\/span> Tbsp<\/span> instant espresso powder<\/span> such as Caf\u00e9 Bustelo<\/span><\/li>
• 3<\/span> Tbsp<\/span> boiling water<\/span><\/li>
• 1 1\/2<\/span> cups<\/span> cold water<\/span><\/li>
• 8<\/span> ounces<\/span> reduced-fat cream cheese<\/span><\/li>
• 3\/4<\/span> cup<\/span> heavy cream<\/span><\/li>
• 1\/2<\/span> cup<\/span> sugar<\/span><\/li>
• 2<\/span> packages<\/span> 3 ounces each of soft ladyfingers<\/span> usually found in the bakery section<\/span><\/li>
• 1<\/span> ounce<\/span> bittersweet chocolate<\/span> such as Perugina or Godiva<\/span><\/li>
• unsweetened cocoa powder<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

  Instructions<\/h3>

  • Place the coffee and boiling water in a heat-proof bowl. \u00a0Stir to combine then add cold water. \u00a0Set the bowl aside.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Using your electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until fluffy.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • In a 1 1\/2 to 2-quart glass bowl (7 or 8-inch diameter), spread 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on the bottom.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Dip 1\/3 of the ladyfingers (one at a time and very quickly) in the espresso mixture and place them single file on top of the cheese. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Then place 1\/3 of the remaining cheese mixture on top of the ladyfingers and smooth. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Using a vegetable peeler, shave chocolate on top the cheese.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Repeat each layer two more times, finishing with cheese mixture and shaved chocolate.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • When you serve the tiramis\u00fa, dust it with the unsweetened cocoa powder.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n
