Turkey Sliders with Brie and Cranberry Spread

This recipe assumes you are making enough for a party or large group, but it is easy to reduce for your family dinner.    The sliders are also perfect for several days after they are made – put them in a Panini press for a change of pace.

Turkey and Brie Sliders

Ingredients

  • 40 slider buns or water rolls sliced almost halfway through
  • 3 pounds of sliced turkey we used Honeybaked turkey breast, sliced in 80 pieces
  • 1 1/4 pounds brie sliced in 40 thin pieces
  • Mixed greens
  • Cranberry spread  see notes for our recipe

Instructions

  • Place 2 pieces of turkey, one piece of brie, greens and 2 tsp cranberry sauce on each bun.  
  • Serve at room temperature or serve warm from a Panini press.

Notes

Use our easy cranberry spread recipe or buy one at your favorite gourmet shop.
Serve along one of our delicious soup recipes and make it a meal!  French Onion or Tomato Basil
